Golden Key spells good health because our programs encourage healthy lifestyles - ask any one of 21,000 members who take advantage of this unique program. Golden Key now accepts members 50 and older! This exciting change allows us to provide Golden Key benefits to a growing segment of our community.

Active Golden Key Striders will be absorbed into a new Phoebe program called Fitness After 50. This is a free walking program at the indoor track at Phoebe Northwest. Active Striders must sign up for Fitness After 50 at the Golden Key office at Phoebe Northwest. New walking program participants also will become automatic members of Golden Key and receive Golden Key newsletters and other benefits. All walkers must sign waivers to use the indoor track at Phoebe Northwest.

A medically supervised wellness program is also being added and will be available at Phoebe Northwest. All participants must have a physician referral. The cost is $20 monthly. There are no age limitations.

To receive the benefits a Golden Key membership provides, you must be 50 or over. If you have questions or would like to learn more regarding Phoebe's Golden Key program, call Bland Cleesattle at 229-312-2418. Any questions regarding Fitness After 50, please call 312-2418.

There are no fees or dues with membership. Simply fill out the interactive form and drop in the mail to Phoebe. A permanent membership card will be mailed for you to present when requesting Golden Key benefits.
